In the listed Karlstorbahnhof at the eastern end of Heidelberg's old town, legendary parties were celebrated in the 'Klub K' for several decades and played a decisive role in shaping the Heidelberg nightclub scene.

After the 'Kulturzentrum Karlstorbahnhof' moved out, the location stood empty for over two years and became increasingly neglected.

In autumn 2023, the municipal premises were rented to HIP HOP HEIDELBERG eV. The association has set itself the task of filling cultural gaps in Heidelberg.

And so it came about that, among other things, a nightlife club for electronic music of all genres was established here.

At 'Grün&Gold' there is now partying and dancing until the early hours of the morning.
