Grün&Gold is a place for peaceful gatherings and shared celebrations. Consideration for the well-being of other guests and respect for everyone involved are non-negotiable prerequisites.
Anyone who, in any way, discriminates or insults others, violates personal space without consent, displays or expresses a willingness to use violence, or intentionally disrupts guests or operations will be immediately expelled from the premises and banned from the venue. Any form of destructive behavior, property damage, or theft will be prosecuted, punished, and reported to the authorities.
Bringing weapons, weapon-like objects, or any items that could threaten the safety of guests, the venue, or staff is strictly prohibited.
The sale or possession of substances that violate narcotics laws is prohibited.
Bringing and consuming food or beverages from outside is not allowed.
Our security staff reserves the right to conduct random searches of guests upon entry. Guests who do not consent to these searches will be denied entry.
Individuals who are visibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or behave inappropriately at the entrance will be denied entry.
For certain events, entry is restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Therefore, carrying a valid ID is mandatory. For all other events, youth protection laws apply.
The recording of photo and video material for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the indoor area to protect the health of all attendees. This also applies to e-cigarettes and vapes.
You should be aware that clubs have a particular noise level and that there is a potential risk of health damage, especially hearing damage. Grün&Gold ensures that, through appropriate technical equipment and volume control, guests are not harmed by the sound level of musical performances. Nevertheless, it is strongly recommended to use earplugs, especially when near speakers, and to choose a place in the audience area that suits individual hearing preferences.
Grün&Gold (organizers and staff) is entitled to produce image, audio, and video recordings of guests during events without compensation and to use or allow the use of such recordings in any manner across all known and future media. This includes, but is not limited to, event coverage, club promotion, and sponsorship acquisition.
